The most followABLE FACTORY ON THE INTERNET.

THE PKG LAB: FROM POUCHES TO PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WATCH

THE PROBLEM: The Packaging Lab quietly revolutionized their industry: no minimums, transparent pricing, production as fast as 24 hours. But packaging is a category nobody thinks about, in an industry famous for being invisible. Having the best offering means nothing if no one's paying attention. And in a space where every competitor sounds the same, being right isn't enough. You have to be interesting.

THE OPPORTUNITY: PKG Lab had two things most manufacturers don't: real, provable differentiators and a team of genuinely funny, likable people who believe in what they make. We saw a chance to turn a "boring" B2B manufacturer into an account worth following, and let the audience discover the sales pitch on their own. The strategy: make content people would watch even if they never needed a pouch, so that when they do, there's only one company they think of.

THE SOLUTION: An always-on content system with weekly output since 2024. 200+ videos and counting across culture, product, and pure comedy, where the pouch is never an afterthought, it's the premise. No ad budget. Just consistently good content, shipped as fast as their pouches. Three content engines run the system, each doing a different job.

3 SERIES, 200+ VIDEOS, SINCE 2024

pkg lab proof points

PKG Lab has real advantages: no minimums, 24-hour turnaround, made in the USA, free design help. Instead of listing them like a FAQ, we built entertainment around them. A Forrest Gump-style rundown of everything you can put in a pouch. The design team playing Pouch Pictionary. Micro messages and process videos that turn a factory floor into a flex. The selling happens while you're busy watching.

The work

making pouches funny

Some content exists purely to earn the follow. PKG Bot 3000, a mockumentary about a chatbot that is very obviously a founder in a cardboard box. A series of sincerely pitched, truly terrible social media ideas. No sales message, just personality. This is the content that makes a packaging manufacturer an account people actually want in their feed.

life in the lab

The people behind the pouches. Team interviews, everyone-answers-the-same-question comparisons, and employees' real lives intersecting with the products on press. Built to make PKG Lab a place people want to work, not just buy from. Culture content that pulls double duty: marketing on the outside, recruiting and retention on the inside.

The Proof Is In the pouch

35% year-over-year revenue growth since going always-on. We won't claim the videos did it all. We'll just note the timing.

  • 200+ videos and counting, published weekly

  • A multi-year partnership still running

  • Content that pulls triple duty: sales enablement, recruiting, and brand building from the same system

  • No ad budget behind it
